Why Work With a Clinically Trained Coach?
Most ADHD coaching comes from people who understand systems and accountability but not the underlying neurobiology. Most therapy comes from people who understand the clinical picture but don't offer the ongoing, practical coaching structure that actually builds new habits. This work combines both: real coaching, built by someone with an RCC, an OT license, and an ADHD-CCSP certification, so the strategies you get are grounded in how your brain and nervous system actually function.
You Already Know Something Needs to Change
You are not looking for a diagnosis. You are not looking for years of weekly sessions. You are looking for someone who can help you understand what is actually happening in your ADHD brain, and what to do about it.
That is what this is.
Nurtured Foundations offers ADHD coaching for women managing burnout, executive function overwhelm, and chronic over-functioning, delivered virtually across North America. Coaching is led by Lisa Brooks, a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC #19648), licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L, NY #017309), and ADHD-CCSP certified coach.
This is coaching and consulting, not therapy or medical treatment, and does not require a diagnosis or insurance.
Who This Is For
You have ADHD, or suspect you do, and want coaching built for your actual brain, not generic productivity advice
You are exhausted from trying to optimize your way out of burnout
You want a coach who understands the clinical picture, not just the surface-level habit
You live outside British Columbia and want access to this work anyway
You want ongoing support and accountability, not a one-time session
What This Is Not
This is not therapy. This is not a diagnostic assessment. This is not medical or mental health treatment. It is ADHD coaching and consulting, grounded in fifteen years of clinical experience, for women who want a coach who actually understands the nervous system underneath the behavior.
The ADHD Capacity Coaching Intensive
$897 USD
You have read the books. You have tried the systems. You know your own patterns well enough to predict when you will fall into them again, and that knowledge alone has not been enough to change anything.
This intensive starts differently. Before we meet, you complete an extended intake that maps how your ADHD actually shows up: where your executive function breaks down, what your masking costs you, and which parts of your life are running on borrowed capacity.
In our working session, we build from that map, not from a generic ADHD framework. We identify the one or two patterns that are keeping you stuck and overwhelmed and build strategies that work with your actual brain, not the brain a planner or productivity app assumes you have.
You leave with a written capacity plan: your specific patterns named, the strategies matched to them, and language for the conversations you have been avoiding, with a partner, a boss, yourself.
This is for you if you are tired of white-knuckling through systems that were never built for how you think. This is not for you if you are looking for a diagnosis, crisis support, or ongoing weekly accountability, the coaching container (coming soon) is built for that instead.
ADHD Perinatal Coaching Intensive
$650 USD
For ADHD women who are expecting or newly parenting and want a plan they can actually use, not just reassurance that everything will be fine. Most perinatal preparation covers the birth. This coaching covers what comes after: the fourth trimester nobody fully explains, the decisions you'll make while exhausted, and how ADHD specifically changes what support you actually need.
Coaching pairs clinical understanding of the nervous system with practical, real-life planning. You leave with a written postpartum support map that's specific to you, your relationship, and your actual capacity, not a generic checklist.
What’s Included:
A written postpartum support map with personalized recommendations and next steps
Practical scripts for hard moments, sleep conversations, feeding stress, visitor limits, and asking for support
Early warning signs identified so you know exactly when to reach for more support
A follow-up check-in after baby arrives to adjust the plan to real life
Investment: $650 USD. Format: virtual, anywhere in North America.
Parenting Alignment Coaching Intensive
$697 USD
The Parenting Alignment Coaching Intensive is ADHD-informed coaching for co-parents or partners who are not on the same page about parenting decisions, structure, or division of labor. It includes an individual session with each partner and shared sessions together, and is designed for at least one partner navigating ADHD or a neurodivergent household.
You love each other and you cannot agree on bedtime, screen time, or who's actually supposed to remember the pediatrician appointment. One of you runs on
structure. The other runs on whatever gets through the day. Neither of you is wrong, and the friction is real.
This intensive starts with each partner individually, mapping your own patterns, your own version of what's not working, before bringing you together. That order matters. Shared conversations go differently once each of you has already been heard on your own.
We build shared language and a working structure that accounts for how you each actually function, not a system built for a household neither of you has.
You leave with a written summary for both of you: what you each need, where you're aligned already, and a concrete plan for the specific friction points you came in with.
This is for you if you're both willing to show up, even if you don't agree yet on what the problem is.
Executive Ease Coaching Intensive
$597 USD
The Executive Ease Coaching Intensive is a focused, single-session coaching offer for adults with ADHD who want targeted support with one specific executive functioning challenge, such as task initiation, time blindness, or follow-through. It is a lighter entry point than the full ADHD Capacity Coaching Intensive and does not include full pattern mapping across multiple life domains.
You don't need a full life audit. You need help with the one thing that keeps tripping you up: starting tasks, finishing what you start, or losing track of time in ways that keep costing you.
This intensive is narrower by design. Instead of mapping your whole capacity, we go deep on one functional pattern, the specific mechanics of how it shows up for you, and build strategies that actually hold.
You leave with a short written plan focused entirely on that one pattern, practical enough to use the same week.
This is for you if you know exactly what's getting in your way and want targeted help, not a full overhaul. If you're not sure where to start, or your challenges span multiple areas of your life, the ADHD Capacity Coaching Intensive is likely the better fit.

Coaching focuses on building practical systems, accountability, and forward movement. It does not treat mental health conditions or provide clinical diagnosis. Lisa's clinical background informs the coaching, but the coaching relationship itself is not therapy.

After every intensive, you receive a personalized written document with the frameworks, scripts, and practical plans from our work together. It is specific to your situation, not a template. Clients often say this is one of the most valuable parts of the process because it gives them something concrete to return to when things get hard. These intensives combine emotional support and practical functional planning in a way that birth classes and standard therapy do not.

Therapy is available only to clients in British Columbia through Nurtured Foundations Therapy. Coaching and consulting are available to clients anywhere in North America.
