What We’ll Explore Together in The Real Postpartum Workshop
Understanding Your New Nervous System
We’ll look at the beautiful, biological reorganization happening during the postpartum period. You’ll learn how these changes show up in your daily life, not as "failings," but as your body’s way of prioritizing your baby and your own protection.
Mapping Your Support Ecosystem
Moving beyond the vague idea of "help," we will create a concrete plan for your specific needs. From nourishing meals and household flow to emotional holding, we’ll discuss how to invite your partner, family, and friends into your "support web" with clarity and ease.
Identity & The Art of Self-Sustainment
Becoming a parent is a profound shift in identity. We will explore how to navigate this change while protecting small, realistic "anchor points" that help you stay connected to the parts of yourself you’ve always cherished.
For Partners: Navigating the Transition Together
Postpartum affects the whole family unit. We’ll discuss how to spot when a partner might be feeling depleted (since 10% of partners experience their own postpartum shifts) and how to communicate effectively so you can move through this season as a resilient team.
Ready for a Deeper Dive?
While this workshop provides a beautiful foundation, every family’s "map" looks a little different. If you want a personalized space to build your specific postpartum plan, I offer Postpartum Strategy Intensives.
These are 1:1 sessions designed to help you bridge the gap between "the plan" and your lived reality. As a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), these sessions are covered by most extended health insurance plans making it a high-reward way to invest in your long-term well-being.
